About this training

In the introduction to the e-commerce basics training, we look at the growth of the Belgian e-commerce market and end customer expectations. The training also provides insight into the key e-commerce models and how to choose the one that is right for you. You will learn about the chief challenges in e-commerce and how to organise efficiently to make your online sales a success by implementing the right strategy. To conclude the training, we share two inspirational case studies. 

This video training is given in Dutch. The presentation is in English. Subtitles are available in Dutch and French.

    Kristof Bossuyt has a background that blends consultancy, marketing and entrepreneurship. The common thread throughout his 15-year career is driving growth through digital.

    As a strategic consultant, he has supported companies such as Panos and MediaMarkt in developing and implementing their digital marketing and sales strategies. He also gained hands-on experience as an e-commerce entrepreneur, building and successfully selling several webshops.

    Previously a partner and Managing Director at Bake and Company (now iO), he has held a central role as Business Development Director at iO since December 2021.
