Implementing AI in teams and organisations

How to implement AI successfully in your company and harness AI agents to supplement your workforce?

Master Class English Online

Introduction

This training is designed for those marketers who are convinced of the need to adopt a more AI-centric culture and are eager to streamline their workflows but are unsure where to start. Every week, new AI solutions—and now AI agents—emerge, making it challenging to select the right ones and set clear priorities. This session will help cut through the noise, providing a step-by-step guide to effectively implementing AI in your organisation, including an introduction to AI agents and how they can complement human teams.

Based on a structured methodology, this training outlines the key phases of AI integration: from identifying pain points to choosing the right AI tools, exploring the potential of AI agents, and ensuring long-term success through AI champions. Participants will gain an overview of the entire process and understand the foundational elements required to successfully start their AI journey. This practical approach focuses on fostering an AI-centric mindset that is both strategic and actionable.
