With over 20 years of experience in sponsorship, communication, and event strategy, Delphine Baise is a recognised expert in building high-impact brand partnerships. She has led major sponsorship initiatives across entertainment, sports, culture, and business, working with renowned brands and institutions.
Former head of sponsoring & events at ING Belgium, she managed a portfolio of premium partnerships including Tomorrowland, Palais 12, Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth, the Red Devils & Red Flames, as well as business-focused sponsorships such as Manager of the Year, VOKA, Chambers of Commerce, Entrepreneurs Week. She also oversaw the ING Art Center, curating exhibitions that attracted over 50,000 visitors.
As President of the sponsoring expert community at the UBA (2012-2019) and jury member for the Best of Events and Best of Activation Awards, Delphine has played a key role in shaping industry standards. Her expertise has been recognised with numerous Belgian and European Sponsorship Awards, including the ESA Bronze Best of Europe.
In 2023, she founded Spring Yellow, her own consultancy, to help brands develop meaningful sponsorship strategies. A Lifetime Fellow of the European Sponsorship Association, she also shares her knowledge as a lecturer at IHECS and through Master Classes, training programs, and coaching sessions.
