How to develop an effective strategy for sustainable business growth?

Master Class English

Introduction

In today’s volatile and highly competitive landscape, achieving meaningful business growth for a year or two is already no small feat. Yet, sustaining it over multiple years feels almost like utopia.

As a marketing leader, you can play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term success of your brand and business. The key lies in a clear and consistent growth strategy that is rooted in deep consumer understanding, and that seamlessly integrates innovation, communication and go-to-market plans around a compelling brand proposition.

We will delve into specific topics such as prioritising your key sources of growth, defining your target market based on jobs-to-be-done, identifying key barriers to growth, crafting a unique brand positioning, balancing different types of innovation, harnessing the power of consumer insights, and many more.

By the end of this Master Class, you will have gained practical knowledge to develop an integrated growth strategy for your brand and business.
