Selling ideas

How can I sell my projects more effectively and make a lasting impression?

Master Class

Introduction

Have you ever wanted to tear everything apart when you had to express yourself? Have you ever held back from expressing yourself? Have you ever regretted ‘opening your mouth’?

Your credibility is at stake with every sentence you utter. Whatever the context, you will be assessed on what you say and how you present your ideas, your points of view and your desires. You might as well aim high and make an impression... for the right reasons.

Whether it's customers and investors (products/services), colleagues and friends (new project or evening meal), teenagers and life partners (weekend activity), we're all faced with the task of getting people to buy into our ideas.

But just because we've learned to speak doesn't mean we're naturally good at expressing ourselves.

What will you learn?

In this Master Class, you will develop the essential skills to communicate your ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact.

For whom?

This Master Class is designed for anyone looking to enhance their communication and persuasion skills.

Prerequisites

Before the course, participants are invited to watch the following videos:

Speakers

  1. Fred Colantonio

    Fred Colantonio

Conférencier, accompagnement d'entreprises, business advisor pour entrepreneurs, décideurs et managers

Trained as a criminologist, Fred worked for 5 years in the Belgian public administration. In 2006, he quit this ready-made career... but focused to the bad trends of people: deviance and crime.

He adapts his behavioural patterns to the corporate world and to what he calls “behavioural patterns of success”: how leaders manage to turn setbacks into personal climax, obstacles into miracles, and talents into diamonds.

It decodes human mindset in the professional context to share simple, effective and memorable perspectives and advice to CEOs, business owners, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, managers and employees.

The numbers for this new career speak for themselves:

    • +1100 conferences in 16 countries over 4 continents, both in French and English
    • +240 companies supported in their transformation
    • 10 books in 12 years, in Europe and Quebec, including 4 bestsellers

Fred is also a guitar player and songwriter: 🎶

    • He plays blues and heavy music, from rock to metal. 🎸
    • He wrote around 20 registered songs.
    • For over 10 years, he was leader of a band named Tears Of Blood.
    • As a true fan, he attended around 20 Metallica shows.

Fred loves to read 📚. When he can, he runs a bit 🏃🏻‍♂️ (3 half-marathons and a marathon on the clock but no, he didn’t fall in love with running to which he much prefers good food 🫣).

Fred travels the world to inspire everyone he gets the chance to meet to:

    1. Redefine their perspectives and room for manoeuvre,
    2. Take responsibility and be accountable for their ambitions,
    3. Have the courage to go for action with boldness and innovation.

His motto: “An expert who makes things more complicated doesn't do his job well (...) An expert should simplify things.” - Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin brand

Today, he is with us. Let’s enjoy and rock with Fred.
